How to Make these Potato Skins

To make this recipe start by washing all the potatoes. Then using a fork stab several holes around the entire potato. Be sure to repeat this for all the potatoes. You’ll want each potato to have quite a few holes. Coat each potato with a little olive oil and be sure to spread it on the entire potato. Place the potatoes in the air fryer for about 25-30 minutes at 400 degrees.

While the potatoes are cooking start cooking the 3 slices of bacon on the stove in a pan. Once the bacon is fully cooked chop it into small pieces for topping the potato skins.

Once the potatoes are cooked carefully remove from the air fryer. Cut the potatoes in half vertically. Using a spoon scoop out the centers of the potato halves. Lay all the potato skins out and top with cheese and cooked bacon. Place the potato skins back in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes or until done. Allow them to cool and enjoy!
