Ingredients to Make Chocolate Peppermint Cookies
- 1 package of Sweet Loren’s Fudgy Brownie Cookie Dough
- 1/2 cup of crushed peppermints
How to Make These Easy Cookies
To make these cookies start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees. While the oven is preheating coat a baking sheet with coconut oil, parchment paper, or any non-stick oil. Separate out the pre-cut cookie dough and place out onto the baking sheet. Once the oven is to temperate place the baking sheet in the oven for about 2-3 minutes then remove from the oven. You want to start to warm up the cookie dough before topping with the peppermint, but you don’t want them cooked fully yet. Now add a small amount of crushed peppermint onto each cookie. Place back in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until fully cooked. Remove from the oven, allow them to cool, and enjoy!

Helpful Tips for Making Chocolate Peppermint Cookies
- If you can’t find crushed peppermint try using regular peppermints. Place some into a plastic bag, cover the plastic bag with a dish towel, and crush using a hammer.
- These cookies are perfect for the holidays and could even be made with candy canes.
- Chocolate peppermint cookies are great year round, but I also think these are a great addition to Christmas cookie baking or even for Valentine’s Day.
