Ingredients You’ll Need to Make this Easy Egg Fried Rice

  • 3 cups of brown rice
  • 1 cup of frozen edamame
  • 1 1/2 cups of frozen vegetable mix (peas, carrots, and corn)
  • 1/8 cup of soy sauce
  • 2 eggs

How to Make this Easy Egg Fried Rice

Add the frozen vegetables to a pot over medium heat and begin cooking. In a separate pot begin cooking the 3 cups of brown rice according to the package. Once the rice is done and the frozen vegetables have defrosted combine the vegetables and rice into a large pot. Next, add in the 1/8 cup of soy sauce and the 2 eggs. Be sure to break the yolks of the eggs and stir throughout the whole stir fry. Allow everything to cook together for about 5-10 minutes on low to medium heat or until done. Remove from the heat and enjoy!
