- 1 tomato

How to Make this Easy Guacamole Recipe
This easy guacamole recipe is very quick to make with just 6 simple ingredients. Start by cutting the 2 avocados in half vertically and remove the pit. Scoop out the avocado into a medium size bowl. Mash the avocado in the bowl to create a creamy consistency. If you don’t have a mortar and pestle for guacamole or an avocado masher you can use a fork or even a potato masher.
Next, cut 1 tomato and remove the center/seeds. Dice the tomato and 1/2 of a red onion. Add the diced onion and tomato to the bowl. Mix the avocado, tomato, and red onion together well. Cut the lime in half and using a citrus squeezer squeeze the lime juice into the bowl. Lastly, add in 1 tsp. of salt and 2 tsp. of ground pepper then mix everything together well. Scoop the guacamole into a bowl with a side of chips or vegetables to serve and enjoy!
