The shrimp tacos are topped with a mango pico de gallo including mango, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and fresh lime juice.

What You’ll Need for this Easy Shrimp Tacos Recipe

  • 1/2 – 1 lb. of fresh or frozen shrimp (peeled, deveined, and tail off)
  • 6-10 taco shells
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Cumin
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Olive oil
  • Mango Pico de Gallo
    • 1 Mango
    • 1 Tomato
    • 1/2 Red Onion
    • 1 Cucumber
    • 1 Lime

How to Make These Easy Shrimp Tacos

To make these easy shrimp tacos start by unthawing the shrimp if you are using frozen shrimp. This can be done by placing them into a bowl of hot water for about 5-10 minutes. Be sure that the shrimp are peeled, deveined, and the tails are off. Once the shrimp are unthawed, place a pan over medium heat and add the shrimp to the pan. Use a little bit of olive oil to coat the shrimp and pan (about 1 tbsp.). Next, season the shrimp with 1-2 tbsp. of cumin, 1-2 tbsp. of garlic powder and 1/2 tsp. of pepper. Allow the shrimp to fully cook and then remove from heat.
