One Pan Turkey Kielbasa and Broccoli

I am always down for an easy meal after a long work day. Sure I love cooking something extravagant up every once in a while, but after work is typically not the time. Having one pan meals I can just toss in the oven then go do a few things around the house and have dinner ready is the ideal situation. This one pan turkey kielbasa and broccoli is very similar to my one pan turkey kielbasa recipe with just switching up the vegetables a little bit. I personally love them both for some variety, but some people might like the vegetables in one better than the other. Regardless, the recipe is incredibly easy and delicious. It also makes great leftovers, which makes it perfect for meal prepping!! The vegetables options for this recipe are really endless if you feel creative try throwing in some additional vegetables to change things up a bit.

Ingredients you will need for one pan turkey kielbasa and broccoli:

  • 28 ounces of turkey kielbasa
  • 12 ounces of broccoli
  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 yellow squash
  • 1 cup of carrots
  • 2 tbsp. of avocado oil or oil of your choice
  • 1 tbsp. of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. of parsley
  • 2 tsp. of oregano

Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees. While the oven is preheating slice the turkey kielbasa, zucchini, yellow squash, broccoli and carrots. The broccoli can be cut into florets it may or may not need to be cut depending on how you purchased it. Once everything is sliced, then coat an oven pan with 2 ounces of avocado oil. Toss the turkey kielbasa and vegetables into the pan. Add 1 tbsp. of garlic powder, 1 tsp. of parsley, and 2 tsp. of oregano. Toss the spices, turkey kielbasa, and vegetables together in the pan so everything is mixed together well. Place the pan in the oven and cook for about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven once the turkey kielbasa is cooked and the vegetables are tender. Serve and enjoy. This recipe can be served by itself, with a side such as a baked potato, or even over a bed of rice.

  • 2 Yellow Squash
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil (or oil of choice)
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 2 tsp oregano
  1. Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. While the oven is preheating slice the turkey kielbasa, zucchini, yellow squash, broccoli and carrots.

  3. Once everything is sliced, then coat an oven pan with 2 ounces of avocado oil. Toss the turkey kielbasa and vegetables into the pan.

  4. Add 1 tbsp. of garlic powder, 1 tsp. of parsley, and 2 tsp. of oregano. Toss the spices, turkey kielbasa, and vegetables together in the pan so everything is mixed together well.

  5. Place the pan in the oven and cook for about 30 minutes.

  6. Remove from the oven once the turkey kielbasa is cooked and the vegetables are tender. Serve and enjoy.
