One Pan Turkey Kielbasa
I love an easy prepped dinner that takes minimal effort and little clean up. Anyone else??? This turkey kielbasa veggie dinner is super simple and delicious. It makes a great meal to meal prep for the week. You could even serve it over a bed of rice if desired.

Ingredients:
- 14 ounces of turkey kielbasa
- 1/4 chopped white onion
- 1 diced red bell pepper
- 10 chopped baby yellow potatoes
- 12 ounces of chopped green beans
- Avocado oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Chop the white onion, red bell pepper, baby yellow potatoes, green beans, and turkey kielbasa.
- Place all the vegetables and turkey kielbasa into a baking pan.
- Drizzle with avocado oil.
- Place in the oven for about 30-45 minutes.
- Remove from oven, serve & enjoy!

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Chop the white onion, red bell pepper, baby yellow potatoes, green beans and turkey kielbasa.
- Place all the vegetables and turkey kielbasa into a baking pan.
- Drizzle with avocado oil.
- Place in the oven for about 30-45 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, serve, and enjoy!
