One Pan Turkey Kielbasa

I love an easy prepped dinner that takes minimal effort and little clean up. Anyone else??? This turkey kielbasa veggie dinner is super simple and delicious. It makes a great meal to meal prep for the week. You could even serve it over a bed of rice if desired.

Ingredients:

  • 14 ounces of turkey kielbasa
  • 1/4 chopped white onion
  • 1 diced red bell pepper
  • 10 chopped baby yellow potatoes
  • 12 ounces of chopped green beans
  • Avocado oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Chop the white onion, red bell pepper, baby yellow potatoes, green beans, and turkey kielbasa.
  3. Place all the vegetables and turkey kielbasa into a baking pan.
  4. Drizzle with avocado oil.
  5. Place in the oven for about 30-45 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, serve & enjoy!
