    If you’re anything like me maybe you grew up eating the fluffy cut & back cinnamon rolls on special occasions. My family had a tradition of making them on Christmas morning every year. We always looked forward to waking up to cinnamon rolls to enjoy while we opened gifts on Christmas morning. While reminiscing on that tradition, I decided to combine two of my favorite classic breakfast items to make cinnamon roll protein waffles. They’re pretty easy to make and take very like time.
