    Let’s talk all about snacks! Snacks can be great, but it’s important to be mindful about snacking. Be mindful about how much you are snacking, why you are snacking, and what you are snacking on.     Simple Guacamole

    If you ask me you can never go wrong with some delicious homemade guacamole. It’s crazy to me that about 3 years ago I always thought I wasn’t a huge fan of avocados. I’m SOOO glad that has changed. They’re definitely one of my favorite foods now.
