Turkey Kielbasa Alfredo Skillet

I’ve said this before and I’ll continue repeating that I love an easy one pan dinner. They are perfect to make a home cooked meal after a busy work day, require minimal effort, and are easy to clean up. This Turkey Kielbasa Alfredo Skillet is the perfect amount of creamy flavor inside a skillet. I used Primal Kitchen’s dairy free alfredo sauce, which has a delicious creamy garlic flavor. The simplicity of being able to used the pre-made alfredo sauce without having to settle on the ingredients in it is a major plus. This delicious one pan skillet dinner combines turkey kielbasa, potatoes, carrots and alfredo sauce.

Ingredients You’ll Need For Turkey Kielbasa Alfredo Skillet:

  • 1 1/2 cups of diced potatoes or diced red potatoes
  • 13 ounces of turkey kielbasa
  • 1 cup of carrots
  • 1 jar of Primal Kitchen Alfredo Sauce

To make this delicious and very simple recipe begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees. Next, dice 1 1/2 cups of russet potatoes or red potatoes. You could also purchase the mini potatoes to avoid needing to dice the potatoes if desired. Then dice 1 cup of carrots or you could use baby carrots if desired. Chop the 13 ounces of turkey kielbasa into slices. After all the ingredients have been cut place them all into the cast iron skillet. Pour about 3/4 the jar of Primal Kitchen Alfredo sauce over the entire skillet. Place the skillet into the oven for about 30-40 minutes. Make sure the potatoes are tender and fully cooked before removing from the oven. Once everything is done remove from the oven serve and enjoy. This skillet could easily be served with a vegetable if desired.
