Balsamic Bacon Brussel Sprouts

These roasted balsamic bacon brussel sprouts are easily roasted in the oven with some balsamic glaze, pecans, and chicken bacon.

  • 16 ounces brussel sprouts
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil or oil of choice
  • 2 tbsp pecans
  • 3 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp chicken bacon
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp ground pepper


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Chop the brussel sprouts into 4's. Place the chopped brussel sprouts into a baking pan.
  • Add 1 tbsp. of avocado oil, 3 tbsp. of balsamic glaze, 2 tbsp. of diced chicken bacon, and 2 tbsp. of pecans.
  • Mix everything in the baking pan together. Make sure the brussel sprouts are all lightly coated with the balsamic glaze.
  • Add 1 tsp. of garlic powder, 1 tsp. of oregano, 2 tsp. of rosemary, and 1 tsp. of ground pepper.
  • Place the brussel sprouts in the oven for about 30 minutes and remove once they are fully cooked.
