Balsamic Bacon Brussel Sprouts
These roasted balsamic bacon brussel sprouts are easily roasted in the oven with some balsamic glaze, pecans, and chicken bacon.
- 16 ounces brussel sprouts
- 1 tbsp avocado oil or oil of choice
- 2 tbsp pecans
- 3 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 2 tbsp chicken bacon
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp ground pepper
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Chop the brussel sprouts into 4's. Place the chopped brussel sprouts into a baking pan.
Add 1 tbsp. of avocado oil, 3 tbsp. of balsamic glaze, 2 tbsp. of diced chicken bacon, and 2 tbsp. of pecans.
Mix everything in the baking pan together. Make sure the brussel sprouts are all lightly coated with the balsamic glaze.
Add 1 tsp. of garlic powder, 1 tsp. of oregano, 2 tsp. of rosemary, and 1 tsp. of ground pepper.
Place the brussel sprouts in the oven for about 30 minutes and remove once they are fully cooked.
