Prosciutto Arugula Pizza
Incredible prosciutto arugula pizza with a dairy-free alfredo base, cauliflower crust, arugula, prosciutto, and walnuts.
- 1 pizza crust I used a cauliflower crust
- 1/2 cup arugula
- 2 ounces prosciutto
- 1/2 cup Primal Kitchen Garlic Alfredo sauce
- 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Place the pizza crust onto a baking sheet and pour 1/2 cup of primal kitchen garlic alfredo sauce on the pizza crust and spread it out evenly.
Top the sauce with 1/2 cup of arugula and evenly distributing it over the entire the pizza.
Break or cut the prosciutto into small pieces and spread the prosciutto and walnuts over the whole pizza.
Once all the toppings are on the pizza place it into the oven for about 15 minutes or until it is fully cooked. Once it is fully cooked remove from the oven and enjoy!
