One Pan Shrimp Kielbasa
This one pan shrimp kielbasa skillet combines a delicious turkey kielbasa with shrimp, broccoli, white onions, and sweet potatoes to make a tasty dinner.
- 1/2 lb shrimp
- 13 ounces turkey kielbasa
- 1/2 cup chopped broccoli
- 1/4 cup diced white onion
Begin by peeling and dicing 1 or 2 sweet potatoes to get 1 cup of chopped sweet potatoes.
Start chopping the turkey kielbasa and broccoli. Then dice 1/4 cup of white onion.
Remove the tails, veins, and peel shrimp if necessary depending on the type of shrimp purchased.
Place 1 cup of the diced sweet potato into the cast iron skillet with a light coating of avocado oil or desired cooking oil.
Cook the sweet potatoes about half way either on the stove over medium heat or in the oven at 375 for 10 minutes.
Once the sweet potatoes are about half cooked then add in 1/2 lb. of shrimp, the diced turkey kielbasa, 1/2 cup of broccoli, and 1/4 cup of diced white onion.
Cook all the ingredients either on the stove for approximately 20-30 minutes or in the oven for about 25 minutes or until everything is fully cooked. Serve and enjoy.
