One Pan Shrimp Kielbasa

This one pan shrimp kielbasa skillet combines a delicious turkey kielbasa with shrimp, broccoli, white onions, and sweet potatoes to make a tasty dinner.

  • 1/2 lb shrimp
  • 13 ounces turkey kielbasa
  • 1/2 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1/4 cup diced white onion


  • Begin by peeling and dicing 1 or 2 sweet potatoes to get 1 cup of chopped sweet potatoes.
  • Start chopping the turkey kielbasa and broccoli. Then dice 1/4 cup of white onion.
  • Remove the tails, veins, and peel shrimp if necessary depending on the type of shrimp purchased.
  • Place 1 cup of the diced sweet potato into the cast iron skillet with a light coating of avocado oil or desired cooking oil.
  • Cook the sweet potatoes about half way either on the stove over medium heat or in the oven at 375 for 10 minutes.
  • Once the sweet potatoes are about half cooked then add in 1/2 lb. of shrimp, the diced turkey kielbasa, 1/2 cup of broccoli, and 1/4 cup of diced white onion.
  • Cook all the ingredients either on the stove for approximately 20-30 minutes or in the oven for about 25 minutes or until everything is fully cooked. Serve and enjoy.
