One Pan Turkey Kielbasa

  • 14 ounces turkey kielbasa
  • 1/4 cup chopped white onion
  • 1 diced red bell pepper
  • 10 chopped baby yellow potatoes
  • 12 ounces chopped green beans
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Chop the white onion, red bell pepper, baby yellow potatoes, green beans and turkey kielbasa.
  • Place all the vegetables and turkey kielbasa into a baking pan.
  • Drizzle with avocado oil.
  • Place in the oven for about 30-45 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, serve, and enjoy!
