Turkey Broccoli Alfredo

This easy turkey broccoli alfredo dinner is easy and delicious. It takes less than 30 minutes to make! It combines brown rice pasta, ground turkey breast, broccoli and alfredo sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups brown rice pasta
  • 1 lb ground turkey breast
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 jar primal kitchen alfredo sauce

Instructions
 

  • Begin by boiling a pot of water. Once the water comes to a boil add in 2 cups of brown rice pasta.
  • Allow the pasta to cook for about 10-15 minutes or until fully cooked.
  • Place the ground turkey into a pan and begin cooking over medium heat. Cook the ground turkey for about 5-10 minutes or until fully cooked. Once the ground turkey is fully cooked remove from heat.
  • Once the pasta is fully cooked then rinse and strain all the water out of the pasta.
  • Chop 1 cup of broccoli. Then combine the brown rice pasta, ground turkey breast, and broccoli into a large pot. Chop 1 cup of broccoli. In a large pot, combine the brown rice pasta, ground turkey breast, and broccoli.
  • Place the large pot over low to medium heat and pour about 3/4 cup of alfredo sauce into the large pot. Mix everything together well and allow it to cook for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, serve and enjoy!
